The most horrible experience ever… The first visit required an appointment and I don’t know why because they didn’t look at it until days later. My vehicle stayed there for a week and they didn’t even do everything I asked. They then charged me $500 for a battery and my darn air wasn’t even fixed nor did they look at it!!! They then said we didn’t tell them to but it was clearly written on the ticket!! Smh. My husband wrote a bad review they called and wanted him to take it down and told him to bring it back and they’d look at it for free. We took it and it stayed for 2 days and guess what still no air!! Talking about they couldn’t find the problem because they were really backed up and rushed and if they keep a few more days they might find the problem. How about give me keys and I’ll never do business with them again and surely won’t recommend them to anyone.

This was the most terrible experience I have had with a dealership, it took over 2 months for them to get a part for my vehicle, and not to mention I called the service manager (David) about 3 times only for him to tell me he was going to check and call me back and never did, waited until gmc went on strike and said he couldn’t order it then, and he would call me back when it came, I called 2 weeks later asked to speak to his supervisor she then checked and told me the part was in to bring my truck in that Tuesday @930 mind u he said it’s a half of day job, well I had to call him @255 he said it was ready but he waiting on the ticket. Well he finally called at 430 saying it was ready, sure glad my sister lives in farmerville. Then they left smear marks on my material and scuff marks. I will never go back there

I had a great experience working with Brent in purchasing SUV for my wife. One of the easiest car deals I have done. Brent answered every question I had, they gave me a good price. I purchased from out of state (MS). They drove the car over to me and it looked great. After they left my son notice the rear tail light was cracked and it had moisture inside. I called Brent to let him know and they had it replaced within a week. The only thing I had a problem with was it took 30 days before I could get my car tagged in MS becuase of paperwork. Brent did however let me know from the start that it could take up to 30 days before paperwork would be completed and sent so I could get my tag. I would definitely purchase a car/truck from Brent in the future and would recommend the dealership and Brent to friends and family.
