Very unprofessional! Contacted them about a truck the sales man is on top of his job works up a deal with me trading my 2017 it’s right there at closing time. The following morning I give the sales man plenty of time to contact me. I reach out to him only to learn that the truck we had a deal on was sold that morning by another sales person. He then offered another truck but says he’s busy with a customer that he’ll get back to me...well here I am Saturday dealership has closed not a word from any one with a few attempts to reach the sales man. Trying to do my business with local business failed. Guess it’s back to the big city dealers

This was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I have purchased over 10 vehicles and this by far was the best one yet. The process was so easy, everything was done over the phone and delivered to my house while I was at work. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I voiced my concern about the transmission problems that come with the 2015 Chrysler 200 and told the salesman to check on the transmission & the fluid before I came in. He told me it was being taken care of & that it was being detailed at that very moment. That evening it was bad weather & I had to test drive in the rain in a low speed limit area. Seemed fine except for some vibration that wasn't too severe that I felt the need to worry. Before I left with the car he told me the fluid was never checked because it has to be done at a Chrysler dealership so it'd have to be done later but that he drove it earlier & it had no transmission issues & that the car was NOT detailed & I WOULD need to schedule that too! He told me it was already being detailed when he had messaged me earlier! That was an apparent LIE. This was almost 2 wks ago. When I drove it home the rain was so heavy I could not drive any faster than 35-40mph because the visibility was almost zero. The next morning I drive it to work on the hwy. The transmission would not shift up at 45 & the RPMs soared making the motor sound like it was gonna blow! I practically crawled to work & took it straight back to Premier a few hours later. An hour & a half from where I was working! He told me he would have the car taken into the Chrysler Dealership right away to have it checked. He sent me home in a loaner car with an empty tank, engine light on & started to overheat so I had to turn the ac off to cool it down. This car is going to be a nightmare for whatever poor s***** they trick into buying it. After a couple days I asked him what was happening with the car & he said he'd know more Monday. The mechanics at the Chrysler dealership told me he didn't even turn it in till TUESDAY. He kept telling me he thinks it's the motor mount because he had a car that made that noise before. I told him a bad motor mount is not going to keep the transmission from shifting or rev the engine that high! By this point the temp tag he put on the loaner car expired. He only made it good for 5 days. So even if I had used the car, which I didn't because it scared me to drive it, it stayed parked the whole time. Thank God I had another car to drive to get me to work! I soon came to realize I was scammed by this salesman. I told him I absolutely would not buy a car with a bad transmission & Capital One will not accept their loan paperwork unless it is not the transmission. He messaged me that the mechanic said the transmission checked out fine & that the transmission fluid check was on the work order he sent. He said it was going to be an easy fix and it WAS the motor mount, NOT the transmission like I said. I knew he was lying. THAT WAS LIE #2!! I called the closest Chrysler Dealership to them to see if the car was there so I could talk to the mechanic myself. I spoke with 2 different people in the service department & both said all the work order said was the car had some vibration & is worse when the ac was on. So all they checked was for the vibration & they found a bad motor mount & ordered the part. I asked about the transmission & they said there was NO MENTION on his work order about any transmission problems! I told them I never told him anything about any vibration when the ac was on because I didn't need to even turn it on! ANOTHER LIE! I instantly messaged him telling him I caught him in another lie, that he said they had checked the transmission & it was ok, which was yet ANOTHER LIE because I spoke with the mechanic! I have it in a message and plan to use it as proof if he tries to put another loan through another company because Capital One WILL NOT PAY for his lemon car! I tried to message him again today when the second mechanic also told me he never mentioned the transmission AT ALL, but he has me blocked where I can't message hi
