I went to the O'Reilly in Eunice and encountered associate name Renee. He sold me the wrong parts then had the nerve to be arrogant when I returned a hour later. Could have been avoided if he would have ask me 2 or 4 wheel drive. He left me on hold for 45 minutes. When I returned to store while on hold he didn't have a reason except be rude. I'll go to aitozone next time. At least they have the common sense to ask the questions the computer ask.

O’Reilly’s is such a better choice than autozone! Kim at store #623 in Eunice was very friendly and helpful. He changed my battery in 30 degree Louisiana weather. As to wear Autozone wouldn’t because it was too cold that day.
