Dr. Tim is amazing and he has taken care of our dog and cat for 10 plus years, but there is always an issue with the front desk. They just can’t get it organized.

I went to 3 different vets today, Northside being the 3rd. My poor pup had a broken paw and needed assistance. The staff were all so incredible. I called and the phone etiquette was superb, along with the treatment my pup and I were both given. I would reccomend this veterinary clinic to anyone. I can't imagine what a better experience or outcome would've been like. I appreciate so much them getting my sweet Piper fixed up, and being so patient with me as well. If you need a vet, this is the one to choose.❤️

I’ve been bringing my pets here for about 12 years now. My 8 year old dog doesn’t typically trust people he doesn’t know. Unfortunately the vet techs never work there long so every time he begins to trust one of the girls they are gone for the next visit. We have a system that works great when I bring him in and it’s very simple. Don’t close the door all the way and don’t knock before you enter. Something about doors opening and someone he doesn’t know coming in gets him excited and uncomfortable. Unfortunately a new girl didn’t know the simple system and when she knocked on the door then entered the room he barked at her. Poor girl was visibly shaken and I do felt bad for her. I also felt bad for my dog. Once he realized she was scared it made him more anxious. I’ve never seen him try so hard to get away from someone holding his leash. As a result now they want him wearing a muzzle. They also tried to double the medication they thought he was taking to “keep him calm” in reality I never gave him the medication before any of the visits. It was the system of not closing the door or knocking that kept him calm for years prior. It’s unfortunate that we have to see a new vet and I wish you all the best. The 3 stars are for the last 12 years of good service. It would have been 4 or 5 but just couldn’t do it after the last visits. Overall it’s a good vet just be prepared to see a lot of new faces working there each visit.

I was reading some of the not so nice reviews and this proves that no matter how hard you try, you can't please everyone.Dr. Tim was our vet for our lab Charlie Mac from March 15, 2010, at 6 was old, to Sept 12, 2022 when he took his last breath in his office.Highly recommending doesn't seem enough for the excellent service we received for over 12 years. He has always called back within 30 minutes, I was able to get him on the phone at 2a.m. after Charlie swallowed a bottle of my husband's medicine, we met him on a Sunday at the office for what we thought was a emergency and it wasn't, he just ate to manydog biscuits. Dr. Tim wasn't even upset.As for his compassion, he and staff have a abundance of it. When we had to say goodbye to Charlie they're kindness and compassion made it so much bearable.He might be a little more expensive but he is worth it. So next time when someone wants to give him a bad review, don't. I promise, there is something wrong with you, not him.Lynn B

I am very pleased with the staff at this clinic. We moved from Georgia and I was nervous about finding someone comparable to our vet there. The staff treat each baby with love and tenderness really decreasing the dogs stress. I am very thankful for finding you.Oscar, Daisy, and Harley are very comfortable with all of you.

I've been bringing my pets here since 2007 and these guys never cease to amaze me. They always take great care of my fur babies, and has helped us through the loss of one after 16 years. Their love, care, and after-care for all animals is genuine abd very much appreciated.

Clinic staff is always friendly, courteous and sufficient. They are very knowledgeable of my pets needs and appreciate them greatly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

For 12 years, I have been taking a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, and rabbits to Dr. Tim. He and his staff are very passionate about their profession as well as their clientele, and it definitely shows. A+++

Very helpful, patient and sweet. They worked my dog in and she was seen quickly. The vet is very thorough, explains things and works with you on treatment options. Highly recommend!

This place is outstanding. Dr Tim and his staff are the definition of professional and compassionate. Dr Tim is very thorough in his exam and informative of his findings and treatment advice. These guys care for my dog, Zeus, as If he was theirs and, if you give this place a shot, they'll do the same for your pet.

Once again quite impressed with the attitudes, care and professionalism of Dr Tim and his staff. I've been bringing my fur kids there for 20 plus years but this time it was for two stray kittens that needed attention and they were as caring and professional with these two babies as they are with my forever babies.
