My second year filing with this team and still completely satisfied!! Mrs. Bobby Jo Cole was my tax expert, and even though we ran into some problems while I was filing, she solved them with the help of her manager and got me what I deserved in my return!! I couldn't be any happier with everything. Will forever file with Jackson Hewitt for my tax returns. Hopefully I can have her every year!!

My experience was absolutely perfect! We were treated so kind and had A great time as well and shared Laughs. Everything was explained very well and any questions I asked she was more than willing to answer and explain things to me. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Our lady was amazing but I can’t remember her name and i Feel horrible! But she did great and i Would highly recommend her to all of my family and friends!

My Tax preparer was exceptional in getting me every refund possible! She was very welcoming and worked swiftly to get me in and out. She took her time and explained details for me to better understand. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing tax preparation to visit the Eunice, Louisiana Walmart location for all of your tax preparation needs!

My Tax preparer Mrs. Frances is the best. She has been doing my taxes since 2014. I have always been satisfied with the outcome of my refund checks. She has a lot of patience's and very professional. Mrs. Frances help her people out and don't try to mess over people like most people would do. I recommend her to everyone who live near Eunice and the surrounding areas.
