“Great place great staff only problem I have with it is that the music is constantly playing and loud too! Even when it’s literally just me in there. I wish there was a way to at least turn the music off or put it low. I like to listen to lessons and can’t even with headphones in because I can still hear the music from the loud speakers.”

“This is our favorite local gym. It's more cost effective than other local options, while also being cleaner than chain gyms. There is a women's only weight room which was very important to me. There are plenty of classes to attend as well.”
