The Erath location is my favorite post office. We are so lucky to have it as our local post office. The employees are always helpful and kind. It is extremely clean inside. I've never had any issues here and they've always been able to answer the few questions I've had over the years.Our mail carrier also works there... She is the best. She goes out of her way to always put our packages in plastic bags if it is raining or will rain and is happy to pick up any packages I have outgoing. She is super friendly, too.

Amazing how many of my packages disappear and the tracking always says it was delivered to this post office.

I called the USPS 800-number and after an hour call back wait, the rep ended up hanging up the phone on me. So, I called the Erath post office. The man I spoke to was extremely polite and was a GREAT help! I appreciate him so much! Now, I know that my package will arrive on time☺
