Avoid this company at all costs. If you do make the mistake of hiring this horrible company, you will likely speak to "Nick" (the supposed owner). DO NOT pay in full until 100% of the work is complete including any and all close-out documents. Check the work thoroughly. Get EVERYTHING in writing before letting them do ANY work and don't pay them until it's complete and you're satisfied. Nick is a very poor business man.

Did not use their service but witnessed one of their trucks driving recklessly! We drove in the same general direction for about 15 minutes. In that time their GMC Denali did not use their turn signals once despite changing and swerving in between lanes a million times. At one point they were even doing 60-70 in a 40 mph speed limit zone. Their behavior was appalling especially for a company car and their driving put others in danger. I hope this company is able to find the culprit and appropriate measures are taken.

I would honestly leave 0 stars if that were an option. I am relocating back home to New Orleans from Houston and found out from Entergy that I needed a "Vacancy Inspection" in order to have the power turned back on since it had been off over 6 months. I found this company on the BBB website and figured it was low risk given the accreditation. Man was I wrong!I called the company and coordinated a meeting at my home with the Nick who is the President. He walked through the property, took photos, and informed me that I would need both an electrical permit AND a building permit from the city. He stated that the city was "all about a money-grab" and that I needed to pay $325 per permit to have them filed and issued from the city of New Orleans. This was on 4/26/22. He requested that I Venmo him the money that day, and he would have the city inspector out on Monday, 5/2/22 to complete the inspection. I made sure to inform him that my household goods were scheduled for delivery on 5/10/22 and that I needed the electricity on ASAP to facilitate cleaning the inside and completing any necessary HVAC service. He texted me on Wed, 4/27/22 and told me the following:“Turned in electrical and building inspection waiting for them to send me the return to pay once they except the payment I’ll bring the inspector road [sic] and I get to meter turned on”I requested an updated on 4/29/22 after I hadn’t heard from him and received the following text:“Hey buddy I made an inquiry this morning waiting for an email response”When I inquired as to how long the process typically takes, he responded with the following:“3 to 4 days but we need to to [sic] type inspections the inspectors coming out on Monday”I waited until late afternoon on Mon, 5/2/22 to request an update. His response was, “I’m going there city hall Wednesday.” I asked if the inspector was out at all that day. He did not answer. He called me on Wednesday evening at 5:24pm and asked if my electricity was back on. I found that odd given that was the very reason I’d paid him $650! He said he was going to make some calls and get back to me. He didn’t call me back on Wed.On Thurs, 5/5 I texted him that afternoon asking if he had any word on the electricity at my home and he didn’t answer. I texted him again mid-afternoon, no answer. I called his cell phone. No answer. I left a voicemail and then texted again requesting he call me back.Later that night I learned about the nola.gov website where you can check the status of permits, and after entering my address I understood exactly what had taken place. The website showed that the permit was submitted on Wed, 5/4/22 after 10:00pm! So, there couldn’t have been an inspector scheduled to come out on Monday, and him calling on Wed afternoon to ask if my electricity was back on was nothing more than a smokescreen. I also called the city and they informed me that a building permit was not required because the power had not been off more than 2 years! So, he had me pay him for a 2nd permit that I didn’t even need!Once he realized that I knew he’d lied and was stringing me along, he had no choice by to refund my money; however, I had to push back my moving service which is costing me extra money and inconvenience. I’m also now scrambling to find another electrician to start from scratch. This company is incompetent at best and operates very unethically. I have documents and records to back up everything in this review. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache I just experience!!!Edited 5/9/22: Oh btw, I just noticed that the very first reviewer giving this business 5 Stars has the same last name at the owner! Imagine THAT!Service: Electrical

Worst ever paid for a full house. Started in January. It is now almost October and not complete. Took 4 months to get the temp pole turned on. They left and went to Florida for 3 months at beginning of pandemic. Keep asking for more money for still unfinished work and when you protest they threatened a lean.Service: Electrical
