“These folks were outstanding. My machine was acting up, my wife was acting up (snoring) and I was exhausted. I was prepared to buy a new machine at any price. The folks worked on the thing trying this and that. Ms. Brooke Mouchon came out , sprinkled some fairy dust on it and it worked fine. I slept so well last night. What a great group of folks!”

From the time that I was measured for my custom wheelchair, it didn't take long for me to receive the product. There have also been times when I needed someone to help me with somewhat technical things concerning my wheelchair; I would give National Seating and Mobility a call, and we would schedule a time when they could come and tend to my wheelchair at my home.
While at my home, Mr. Eric and Mr. Robert have been polite, friendly, compassionate, and courteous - seemingly always showing proficiency in knowledge about my chair. I am more than impressed; I trust National Seating and Mobility to try their absolute best, for me and also other people, thank you!!”

“The staff at Advanced Medical Equipment I can honestly say actually care about their clients. My husband has been on oxygen after a long hospital stay since December. There have been some hiccups but they have shown that it's not about money with them they actually care! Even with me setting off one day because I was frustrated and upset with something beyond their control and I had to call back and eat humble pie, they showed me so much grace as they know this has been a traumatic experience my husband and I have been through. They are used to dealing with these kinds of things. I truly feel they go above and beyond to help their clients. I highly recommend this place. Leslie, Savannah , and I can't remember the sweet lady's name that came to deliver my husband's oxygen early the next morning herself because they were short delivery drivers and one of their staff members didn't put my husband's order in for oxygen and he had an appt the next day, I thank you so very much for your kindness.”

“I contacted Rotech on May 8, 2026 regarding my Pulmonologist’s prescription for oxygen.
The young lady(Margarite) at Rotech was very polite and professional. She located the prescription and the equipment was delivered(in a downpour) in less than 2 hours.
The delivery man was also very polite and instructed me how to operate everything.
Very good experience.”
