Do not bring your truck/car here for service. My truck was at this dealership for 3 weeks. They gave it back to me and was still not fixed. Still leaking oil. Brought it back and they said they would get on it immediately. It’s been two weeks now and still not fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The guys at Lamarque were very helpful and very easy to deal with. Was able to test drive the same day i called and the keys waiting as soon as I got there. Couldn't of asked for an easier time buying a vehicle.

I have been in search of a bigger vehicle and located 2 options at Lamarque Crescent Ford. After getting in touch with Dean Fairley, I went and test drove both vehicles that I was interested in. I then met Al who was the Finance Manager. We all discussed options for both vehicles and what my ultimate goal was. Without any hassle or back and forth negotiations, I laid out what I wanted and what my bottom line was. Al and Dean came back with their best deal and trade in amount. David got the paperwork done and I left with my new Expedition! I would go back to these 3 guys for every vehicle in my future without a second thought. First class service over there.

awful customer service in service to ask a question. Will never go back how rude they was to me. Went to Lamarque in Kenner and the simple issue was fixed in 1 minute. Will never go to those people again in Harahan.
