If negative 100 stars was an option that’s what I’d put. I live in Egan and I’m finally completely done with petro. Key pads never work on pumps, you have to hop around to find one that works. Going inside to pay is a nightmare due to slow service and then no shell rewards on fuel, everything inside is absurdly overpriced. I would rather pay extra down the road than take my chances at petro.

I fuel my truck here they didn’t add my rewards points than later I wanted to take shower than said you don’t have credit for shower I said I fuel 150 gallon I have the receipt the guy in register was giving me hard time

You need fix driveway or county to front entrance and exit and big potholes all over lot reyellow line it .them hole are intirely to deep.

What a hole! Pot holes big enough to swallow a truck. Nothing to eat after 2100. Old hot Deli and roller grill items. I’ll pass on stopping here again.

nice people and shower, but dirty fuel (no water just something fine) on 6-2-2024; had to change both filters in 500 miles. Engine's diying, throwing codes for low pressure.

This is not a good place to spend a weekend. Cafe food wasn’t that good and was very expensive. All the tables were dirty while employees hid back in the kitchen area. I wiped it off myself and the wipe was black. Dead bugs lined the windowsills in dining area So disgusting! Showers were dated but clean enough. After I showered, I witnessed 2 employees go into my vacated shower and lock the door. They were coughing uncontrollably for 10 minutes while in there. We then tried to do laundry. The washers will not accept a credit card at all. You must use change. While doing laundry, more employees went back to shower one and closed the door behind them. What is so special about shower one? Also, the parking lot is full of craters and the majority of the lot is pay to park. This place should be shut down.

Although prices are a little too high, I'd definitely recommend Petro Travel Center to any person in commute, family and/or friends in the area of this business. Restroom was clean/well stocked with toiletries. Customer service was excellent (friendly/knowledgeable). The location of this business establishment, too me, is absolute paramount...easy off/on Interstate-10 (East/West).

Go into this casino and the security will chase you down for identification, leave out and re-enter and they chase you again. If I wanted to have to show ID every time I entered a facility, I would have gone to Coushatta, or paragon. This is harassment at its finest, and I guarantee it will kill the casino soon.
