No signs anywhere, but it's $15 per day to park. The staff got an attitude when I said that if they tow trucks without signs, it's illegal. As an O/OP I have a choice where to spend my money, and it will never be at Big D Truck Stop again!

I don’t have a problem with Truck stop, mine is with the Subway within. I get they don’t have the help, but you cannot run a business when they are closed or close early or whatever. Give the ppl that work overtime or fill the positions or post less hours. We now go to the other close by one. And don’t even bother with this one

The clerk shuanda was on phone instead of paying attention to the fact a customer was at the counter. Then , got an attitude when I asked for service. I sure hope this review reaches management. Terrible experience!!!

Ma'am at the register is a blessing and Kayla at subway was great, the very definition of a quality employee.Her food was perfectly displayed looking fresh and healthy, our samwitches were literally impressive ? they looked better than the menu photos!!!Don't pass them by, stop a big D's.

Pulled in to fuel today. Other driver went in to use bathroom while I was gathering my info to fuel. I walk inside and the woman tells us we need to pull forward or go park. WTH!!! So I grabbed my oil went to the counter to pay and let cashier know she just lost a fuel customer. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere and fuel. Not all drivers are the same, just because a few bad apples park in the fuel island doesn't mean we all do.

Clean store, well stocked! The young lady working at the Subway was very nice and served a well served sandwich!
