Another HUGE, HUGE thank you to the WHOLE service department, but especially Kim! Over the course of a month of my vehicle being in the shop, she was so transparent and communicated with me on what work needed to be done & guided me along the way. Thank you again Kim for putting up with me.

“Tonight I visited Orielly's due to my headlight burning out and NOAH was a lifesaver!! Prior to visiting this location I stopped at the competitor located not too far from them... unfortunately the competitor sold me the bulb but told me they were unable to do the installation because of its location! I took my purchase and went to Orielly's where I was told not only did the competitor sell me an incorrect bulb for my vehicle they also didn't offer me the grease. Well long story short, Noah got me the correct bulb, grease and installed it all! After installation the light still did not light up and Noah figured out I needed a fuse as well! I'm very thankful for Noah's top of the line costumer service!!!! He said he wouldn't stop until he figured it out so I could get home safe due to it also being nighttime... Thank you so much Noah you're an awesome human!”

It was nice to find a place that was organized and clean. it took me about 2 hours to find what I needed but on the third try it was found. I also located parts for another vehicle, I will be back.

“I checked for spark plugs in stock at this store online and what I was looking for was listed as IN-STOCK at this location, however, when I got there ten minutes later, the store's inventory computer said there were none in stock. I checked the website while I was there and the site still said there were 9 in stock. I checked the site again that night after the store closed and those spark plugs were still listed as being IN-STOCK. I don't blame the store though; I suppose it's an I.T. issue if the site's not updating and publishing inventory updates at least every half-hour. I got another lot of 4 spark plugs, they were just four dollars more per plug than I wanted to pay.”
