Terrible customer service. Car in shop for over a month with no completion estimate or start estimate. Was told it could be another month to even start.

I am very pleased with using this shop. It is the only place I take my vehicle. The work is always done in a meticulous manner and I couldn't ask for better service. I personally know of situations where the things have happened that have been out of control of what people's insurance has dictated and the owner has made personal accommodations to try to help the client not be inconvenienced. The owner also assists many in post business hour situations. Do not hesitate to call or use Prestige in Lancaster!

Had a door replaced after someone backed into me on an 02 Pontiac with faded paint, they matched the paint perfectly, couldn't even tell the difference. Plus they fixed the mirror control switch on another door. Then they not only washed the car but they vacuumed it out too.

DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP!!!! Back in January of last year, my mother got into an accident where she called this body shop to tow the vehicle from the scene of the accident. At first it seemed like going with this body shop was a good idea until she received the vehicle back and within 15 mintutes from leaving this body shop, I received a call from her saying that the vehicle wouldn't start and all the vehicle's panel lights were on. So, I met her at another auto shop in our town where they told her that the radiator had no antifreeze in it and that she had just dodged a potential tragedy of the engine blowing up because of the negligence and poor professionalism of the mechanics at Prestige Body Shop in Lancaster. What's even worse, is when I called this body shop and informed them of what was going on I was then told that they had put antifeeze in the vehicle knowing that they hadn't because the coolant jug was bone dry and completely empty. Furthermore, this body shop is all about the money and are very unorganized. So, please don't use this body shop if you care about your investment and your time and in our case - your life.
