“I came from Texas to see my mom. We went here to shop. When we came there was not 1 cart!! I asked the girl at the cash register where the carts were. She raised her arms in the air and said nothing. I then said can you not speak. She raised her arms up again and still didn't say a word. I was in my roller walker and my mom is 82. Every aisle we went down had carts full of stuff to stock up the shelves. Other than that it was fine”
“Decent supply, just have to look for what you need. Very unorganized store. Heard an employee tell a customer ," I'm sick, do you really want me to help you" ! Not a good thing to say.”
“This store is very neat and clean. I can find everything I need without having to ask an associate to check in their stock room for something. Their shelves are pretty well stocked and the employees are friendly. I prefer this Family Dollar over the others in town because it's always clutter-free and clean.”
“They have an awesome staff only Dollar general store that I know that they will take your items out to your car and put them in there for anyone that needs to help”
“The store is very clean, the staff is very friendly. The old staff have left and move on to other stores, but they keep hiring all these managers in and will not give Fred the chance to be manager. Fred is a very good person he know how to be a manager, he can run that store just like Ken was running it. The District manager need to quite hiring these manager over fred and give him that store. Now don't get me wrong l like the new manager she is very sweet person, but she is another manager that you hired over fred.I have been shopping at Dixie Inn store every since it open. I have seen all kind if manager come into this store and never stay there. My opinion is that Ken, Nancy, And Fred was the best employee this store have had. Please stop looking over Fred and give him a chance.”
