Rude old woman at the counter. They never have your prescription ready on time either. First i was told after 10 am. I showed up at 11:30. They told me to come back after 12:30 and I couldn't even sit and wait for it. Now I've come back at 3 and their Internet is dow and they can only take cash or check. Of course no cash on me so I gotta run down to the bank all to get medicine that's needed after surgery. Unbelievable

Maybe try to hire people who are more customer service oriented. I didn’t appreciate the rude tone of voice I had to deal with, or lack of explanation ,when I was clearly confused on my situation. If my doctor sent over 2 prescriptions, regardless if they’re available over-the-counter or not, I’m not understanding why your pharmacy won’t fill them.

Always fast and friendly service at NOLA. In an industry that has mostly been consumed by big corporations, it's refreshing to patronize a local pharmacy where they know you by name. Keep up the great work team NOLA Destrehan!

Very rude, use to take good rx but now,because of When Dixie closing they don't, they have monopolized the Community and are very rude to their customers cause, what are we to do but go to cvs!!CVS!!! The worst place ever! Need a good place to go and all I need was my blood pressure medication.

Life or death medications shouldn't take this long to refill. My little brother's a Diabetic and NEEDS his insulin. This being the final straw, we tried switching pharmacies, and they won't even try to properly transfer the medications, so we STILL don't have a was to get him insulin without going to a hospital.

I have asthma. Normal thing. If I put in a refill request for my Steroid inhaler that is what helps me breathe a week in advance, I should be able to pick up the prescription when I need it. I shouldn't have to go 2-3 days unable to breathe with them lying saying that they're "waiting on the doctor" when the doctor tells me that they already put it in.My life, and my family's, was repeatedly put on the line by this pharmacy.

We've tried. For years we've tried. But like no one here seems to understand how to do their job. They don't tell us when things can't get filled. We are surprise when we show up. They don't do the work of contacting drs and getting prior auths to get stuff approved either like other pharmacies do. It's been a nightmare. Last straw was their mess up with my diabetic sons insulin that left him with no insulin, even after promising us they would have a vial and promising our Dr.

The service is starting to be worse than CVS.The school kids are the worst and doesn't know much at all.To have someone to wait 45 mins is absolutely ridiculous.People walking in after me got their prescription way before me because the school kid didn't put my order up. Smh!
