“I am a Murphy Oil Fan, because they usually have suns of the cheapest gas around. I like the convenience store Murphy's over this attached to a Walmart, mostly because those, like this one, have bathrooms that you enter from the outdoors and I'm not a fan of those. But overall, the price is where it's at.?”
“I came in and needed a plug for my tire. The owner Marvin was very nice and kind. He spoke with me while I waited from my car. The service was fast. I definitely recommend this place if you need quick and fast service! Prices are very reasonable. Thank you Mr. Marvin!”

“Such a gem close to the Ochsner hospital and rouses. Seafood was fresh, we all got different orders i.e., blackened shrimp, fried oysters, etc. Order was accurate, food was not overly spicy, and very fresh.....gave 4 different flavor orders and all orders were accurate. Ask for the house made ranch dressing....fantastic. Also sweet potato fries made fresh! Great experience overall and all wait staff were attentive and kind...especially our waitress. We are from Chalmette, LA and New Orleans, so we know good food.”

“I am riding with a new passenger in my camper van - a somewhat wild Basenji one-year-old dog that I pulled out of the swamps between New Orleans and Panchatoula three days ago.I’m guessing that Magic has never ridden in a car before, because it seems to scare him and he doesn’t like being left alone. So I needed to get in and out of this convenient store pretty quickly.Both of the young men who were working the cash registers were extremely helpful. The big guy with the green hair immediately replaced my espresso drink when it came out too watery.He even showed me how it is made and why sometimes the powder gets clogged up in the machine.Having seen that the cappuccino is actually made from powder, rather than being brewed, I realized that I wanted to stick with good old-fashioned coffee.Again showing excellent customer service chops, he told me the two of the coffee blends were totally fresh and two had been sitting there for an hour.An hour did not seem to me like a long time for it to be sitting and I went with the bold blend, which is always my favorite.I bought my purchases from the young guy with dark hair and a mustache, who displayed classic southern charm and graciousness in playing the host. He was really sweet and the whole rhythm of the speech made me feel at home.In my experience of teaching Customer Service, consulting to organizations - and also being a customer at many, many gas station convenience stores, usually when staff are this friendly and gracious you can pretty well assume they are well-managed also.Because of the helpfulness of these young men, I was able to get in and out of the store quite quickly and back to my adorable new dog - who was very happy to see me.”

“They have the best SWIRL frozen yogurt, but they've been out of Strawberry for three days. ((sobs uncontrollably...I'm serious)) I settled for vanilla and sprinkles. There's a full toppings bar to add to whatever one desires. Great quick bites like pizza, egg rolls, corn dogs, etc. No milk available. What's up with that? Still, this is my favorite service station in the Boutte area.*Strawberry SWIRL, come back! I miss you!! Vanilla is so vanilla... even if I add sprinkles and gummy bears. ((Long sigh))”

“My daughter always fills up at this gas station when she travels - especially to New Orleans. She never has any problems - everything is organized clearly. The refueling area is always clean and very comfortable - there is water with a mop - for washing the car - large trash bins are installed - with a lid.”
