The store is over priced for MOST items. The first time the pharmacy LOST a refill request that I had from doctors office and just today REFUSED to either fill the new prescription("take that to the other pharmacy you use, we dont take that discount card"/that LISTS THEM AS A PROVIDER otherwise I would have NOT wasted my time(AGAIN) going there.
I have called corporate and have filed a complaint with them about this pharmacy.

They never fill every rx at one time , send text every other day new rx is ready …. Who drives to town every other day for one thing ! And take out 1 of box (box of 3) Very inconvenient to pick up meds from Walgreens .And as big as Walgreens as big as DeRidder is why do they not have rx.stocked ? 10 miles out of town 20 miles round trip 2-3 times a week w/gas prices and the heat ! Don’t call till you have all my my rx in !

Went to Wal-Greens on 1/15/24 and Mrs. Brandy helped me out and she was so nice. Could not find product and she was determined to help me. That level of customer service is very hard to find. She went above and beyond and I am so thankful!!

The Pharmacy staff at the desk inside were extremely helpful and courteous even tho they were extremely busy and it was right before closing time.

The pharmacy customer service and willingness to help is horrendous will never be coming here again. Sad that it’s the only pharmacy in town. Will gladly be driving to leesville from now on

Extraordinarily helpful! As a consumer protection attorney, I no doubt expect a lot. This pharmacy and pharmacist Jeffrey did NOT disappoint! It’s difficult to convey in words how helpful he was, and how much I could tell he cared about his customers (patients?). He went WAY out of his way and spent a LOT of time and effort to assist me with a very complicated situation. It is unfortunate that Walgreens has faced meritless claims recently related to filling certain prescriptions. Which has put a great burden on customers and pharmacists - who of course must use their own reasonable judgment when deciding whether to fill prescriptions. And yet Jeffrey and Walgreens have still managed to demonstrate their commitment to patient care and treatment in the face of heightened scrutiny. In any event, and notwithstanding the foregoing, Jeffrey and this particular location (as well as the Moss Bluff location) have gone to great lengths to assist me, and I want to make certain this is recognized by both me as a customer and hopefully the corporate office. The pharmacists at both locations should be commended! Thanks again Jeffrey and Leon (Moss Bluff)!

I posted a couple months ago. Since then I've seen improvement there. There a little more courteous now & I been getting my prescription in less than 10 minutes. So much improvement. I don't call em out for just the bad. If they do good in my eyes I'll give a thumbs up. So keep up the good work. Y'all got better for sure.

Only had half an order for a medicine my daughter needs. Instead of either ordering some when they got the prescription or calling to tell me they didn't have enough, I had to call 5 days after they recieved the prescription to ask if they ever got it only to be told they didn't have enough and still needed to order more. She is now about to run out of medicine because they didn't want to lose money and I have to get another prescription written and find another pharmacy to get it filled at.

The service has been really bad. What happened to good customer service. I went to ask a worker a question and they act like your the inconvenience. The service here use to be great at one point, not anymore.

I lost my insurance card.so I paid for with my card.within a week I got my card.i ask them if they would put the money back on my card.still nothing.

Normal service is good. The pharmacy is ALWAYS busy and seems the whole town goes there. But other than that it is a clean and good place to pick up a few extra items with your medicine.

Yall.. BEST customer service. I had a few different needs as far as products go, and the manager flat-out stopped unpacking a box and helped me find every single medical product I needed. I absolutely love my Walgreens. I love the points system to get money off future purchases, too. Amazing crew. ??????
