This place is great. I’ve always gone there for my boots. They are friendly and very helpful. This time they really proved themselves. I had to return a pair of boots and they exchanged them without a problem. I would say, no questions asked, but I had to tell them why I was returning them. As I should. But then when I had to bring the second pair of $240 boots back, again they exchanged them with no problem. They were very friendly and helpful through the whole process. So what was the problem with the boots I had bought? They just had flaws in them that made them painful for me to wear. I tried the same boot, bigger size, on the second pair thinking it was just a fluke but had trouble again. I went with a different brand and type the last time and they are much better. Thanks Hook’s for all the time, help, and understanding.

Very friendly staff. They were happy to help me try on different work boots till I found a good set. Got to hear plenty of stories while I found the right boot and made it really enjoyable.

Stopped in for a new pair of boots, not exactly sure what I was looking for. The older gentleman listened to what type of work I did and gave me some options. Ended up leaving with a pair of Irish setters. Hopefully, they work out well. Great customer service and attentiveness. Wish this place was closer to me for future business.

I would’ve retired sooner, had I not bought boots, boots and more boots! All western stores carry boots, but this is the only store where you can buy, order and get treated like the King of the Family!

This is the best place. My husband always gets his boots from here, we were out of state when his work boots took a dive on him. The local store that sells his red wings irish setters didn't have his in stock .I called big D's paid over the phone and they mailed them to us. Local hospitality even out of state.
