The embarrassment I felt was through the roof. Unprofessional and rude. Updated training is needed. I will be letting my doctor, those at the military installation, and a few others know don't go into that establishment. I am sad to be treated like that more than anything. The druggies have really messed it up for the rest of us. Some of us really do have medical issues and need our medications. She said the D.E.A. Wow. Mr. Mike, train your team, please. I will be in contact with the LPB.

The past six months have not been pleasant to deal with this pharmacy. Multiple issues from the computer being down and them not being able to confirm/bill insurance and trying to make me pay full price out of pocket, to telling me they can’t tell me how much a medication would cost out of pocket unless I have a prescription filled, to the overall attitude of the staff. There is a high turnover of employees and it’s very odd. We get 99% of our family prescriptions there so we are there once a week minimum. Every time I walk in there are all New employees. In addition, the young employees know nothing and have no customer service skills (100% true for the phone) and I can never be put in touch with a knowledgeable adult. We switched all of our prescriptions from bjach so we didn’t have to drive there, now we are looking to switch back. I like driving….

A piss-poor excuse for a pharmacy. Ive used them every month for the last 14 months and have never not had a problem getting my scripts filled. And its always the "doctors" fault. They have 15 people working there and cannot get you medicine in less than 2 hours. And ive heard several people complain that they've been shorted, or are owed medicine. It takes at least 30 rings or two tries to get someone on the phone, and when you do , its a 17 year old kid who cant do anything other than ask for your birthday. I cant believe that they are still open.

Disappointed to say the least. Typically I try to utilize local places when possible, but absolutely not here anymore. Twice now I’ve went to get medicine and they didn’t even carry the medicine and failed to notify me. In addition to that inconvenience, I’ve received prescriptions where they were partially filled and wrote an I owe you on them—filling 20/90 pills. Do yourself a favor and either drive to Rosepine Pharmacy or stand in line at Walgreens, at least they have the medicines or will let you know if they don’t.

I have been going here for years. I have had some great experiences with them. But recently over the last year I’ve had some issues. They arnt verifying all insurance, claiming my insurance only covered a certain amount of pills, worst attitude from a young lady there who wanted to argue with me about getting my paperwork back and wanted to tell me I didn’t have to act that way when I only asked for my child’s paperwork back that I came in with. Let’s check all insurances before saying someone owes you money. Don’t lie and say you’ve called them and they won’t when I come in with paperwork from them saying they do cover it as it’s written from doctor. Let’s fix these issues people are addressing.

The doctor changed my prescription and they still would not fill it because the medicine I was on which was stopped by the doctor was similar.
