“We recently switched from another local bank to Sabine State Bank. They have several locations, but we have only dealt with the DeRidder branch. My wife and I were both VERY impressed when we went in to open up our account. They were knowledgeable and answered lol of our questions. They were fast and friendly too. Also, as soon as we were seated we heard a familiar song on the radio. It was GOSPEL music!! That's a HUGE plus in our books. They were listening to K-Love. Most businesses do have music playing, however sadly it's usually not K-Love. Great job guys!!! The only thing I don't care for is the mobile app. It's ok, but there's room for improvement. A lot of apps let you sign in using your thumb print. Unfortunately, theirs doesn't offer this feature at this time. Other than that it's ok.”
“I can not brag enough on how amazing FNBD & there staff have been. The construction loan process has been as smooth as possible, thanks to Lydia and her team. Building a house is stressful- especially with Covid and two hurricanes but Lydia has not missed a beat with taking care of EVERYTHING she can and answering all of my questions. This was our first build so we had our fair share of questions and she patiently took the time to answer and explain every single step. I can not recommend her enough. Thanks so much Lydia Fruge.”
