“Today I went here for the first time. I actually made a mistake and got tire places confused. That caused me to have a bad experience this morning and I owned up to my mistake.
I came here instead and the staff were extremely nice and took care of everything I needed. Super fast service and I can already tell a difference with the way my car drives. As I was leaving, one of the staff members came out to my car (in the rain) and told me they appreciated my business. The owner checked and couldn't find the same tire to match my new set. So he ordered 2 new tires and mounted them free. Now that's Customer Service above and beyond! “Long story short, we were stranded in Lake Charles and couldn’t make it home to Leesville. Our car broke down right off of i-10 and traffic was bussing by, and it was getting dark. After calling a few places in lake Charles, something told us to reach out to Harmons in Leesville. They were there to pick us up in about an hour! Ted was Super chill and accommodating, we had our daughter with us and he made us all feel comfortable. We got home safely and quickly and super affordable to boot!!! The next morning, Skyla was quick to help us with paperwork for our insurance company and made sure we were well taken care of! We are so thankful for incredible people like this who really went above and beyond to make this frustrating situation, not so crazy. Thank yall, we will be only recommend yall from here on out!!!”

“I will never get my oil changed anywhere else again. Amazing, kind, knowledgeable staff. Truly an amazing experience with them today. The absolute only thing I could even begin to complain about was there was a little bit of a wait. But that should be completely expected with how amazing this team is. They truly work fast and efficiently. And they take care of so much during just a routine oil change. Apparently with an oil change they also wash your wind shield, and top off other fluids. I can not say it enough how amazing these guys are. I have half a mind to bake cookies or something for them just to say thank you for making my life so much easier, and honestly for brightening my day with with their positive energy.Service: Oil change”
“Man, where do I start. The front office staff are amazing. They dealt with all of the insurance issues and were very pleasant to work with. I say work with, I literally spoke with them twice and they handled it all.
I needed a passenger bedside replacement. To say that the shop did an amazing job is an understatement. Sure, there are likely plenty of shops around town that can handle body work. But, can they do a bedside replacement for a customer in two days? Will they get everything right the first time, from paperwork to the actual repair? Because The Paint Booth did. Two days and my truck was ready. It sat at the shop longer, waiting to be picked up than it took to fix it!
I would highly recommend The Paint Booth to anyone, and I will. The respect for my time and property were top notch. From drop off, to pickup, they put in the effort to make my repair a no hassle experience. My insurance didn't even try to brow beat them over their estimate. These people know how to get it done, and deserve your business. ?”
