Even with an appointment, I've been waiting over 30 minutes to be brought to the back. A work in, and walk-in with no appointment were called back before me.

Poor scheduling appointment at 2:05 saw Dr 5 for min….. changed rooms 3 times ….saw Dr at 3:40pm….. another follow up on the follow up in a month !!
I guess it is not important to make the patient wait!

HANNAH CHUSTZ O.D is thorough, amazing, friendly, and doesn't make you feel rushed. She took time to explain everything that was going on. Staff was great also. As busy as they are, they do thier job with pride and great attitudes. I know how frustrating it can be but they take it on very professional. Thanks

The Williamson Eye Clinic is great. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Eye surgery is scary, but Dr. Booth put my fears to rest. This is a great clinic!

No idea where the great reviews are coming from but went with my husband for his new patient appointment this morning. The appointment was set for 9:30. At 10:55 we left after being told that Dr. Norred still had three patients from her 8 am appointments to see and that it would likely be another hour or more! It appeared that there were at least ten more ahead of us! Since when is it okay to be so disrespectful of a patients time? If a doctor is running that far behind patients should be told ahead of time and offered the opportunity to reschedule. The days of doctors playing “God” while patients pile up in the waiting room ended thirty years ago! To make things even worse a man in the waiting room was on his phone for more than 30 minutes talking so obnoxiously loud it was ridiculous! Not one employee asked him to go outside to use his phone. We thought we would switch to an eye doctor closer to home but it definitely will not be this one.
