Made me wait 30 min for my medication and just because I had a pending medication at another Walgreens since it was close to my work they wouldn’t fill my prescription. No other Walgreens will say that. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Drive thru pharmacy is a headache. People who don't have their crap ready need to be forced to go inside! People sitting here for over 15 mins when this should be a quick process. Ridiculous!
Otherwise the staff is nice and my meds are ready in a timely manner.

Worst customer service ever. Ja’Dazia is a rude employee. She’s never friendly, always rude, despite us being polite to her. She always treats us like an inconvenience when we have to deal with her at this location. She could definitely use some education on customer service because the way she treats us is uncalled for.

so i renewed my prescription and they said it would be ready at 13:30 pm......1:25 rolls around and i get a text saying that my order was ready......I go up there and there closed for lunch.....nobody told me anything about them closing for lunch......didnt even say it in the text message letting me know my order was ready. I feel like this was dont on purpose!

The night shift manager is very rude and nasty. She has 0 communication skill and even less customer service skills. She overtalks the customer and hung up in my face 3 times while I treated to explain that I was sendin my sibling to get my package due to my disability. People like that should not work in customer service.

Absolutely the rudest set of pharmacy technicians. They need some better training in customer service. I know customers are not always right and are often downright rude, but man I'm not one of them. I asked a simple polite question you answered with a condescending tone and talked OVER me. If I wasn't a better person I would have gotten her name (she answered the phone as "pharmacy technician") told her about herself and reported her. But instead I just hung up. *CLICK* you're not speaking to me like I'm one of your kids.

First of the the bald guy with the gray facial hair who I think is a manager of some sort is an absolute creep and follows female customers around every aisle while drooling and pretending to be working but is obviously just being a perv . Secondly. JUAN who works in the pharmacy is a jerk and constantly has a rude attitude . I've tried many times to be friendly and he is just a miserable prick to everyone !

The pharmacy technician was very rude. I didn't get her name, but her customer service skills were of poor quality, very lackluster. She didn't even say thank you upon us leaving.
