I've had verizon for 10 years and there cell service keeps getting worse the don't even upgrade there cell towers they are still using old ones and old service it really does suck and I'm probably about to go back to at&t because I got service everywhere and was charged less this is ridiculous and need to be fixed definitely not the nation best 5g net work more like the worst can barely even look at Google without it being slow

This store and the people that work in it are beyond subpar. It seems as if they dont exert one small tid bit of energy to help clients and they def are not prof. With multiple calls to corporate and visits to that location they still have done nothing but act rude and condescending towards me, at least for even the smallest task or question.

Terrible customer interaction. I spoke with Tariq upon entry, who did not seem to want to help. After getting his manager, Janelle, who also refused to do anything to help, I cannot imagine anyone receiving help here. They refused to help me find my account or call some support who could. I was turned away with no help for my new account and line I activated. The worst sales and service I have received at a cell phone store. What happened to this industry?!

Showed up at 8:50 Friday May 31st to get something taken care of. They’re supposed to open at 9. Thought maybe i had the time wrong and they actually opened at 9:30. Waited until 10 when someone finally showed up and said they don’t open until 11. Ended up going out to Walker where they were able to help me quickly. Will most likely not be going back to the Juban location

Convenient, but don’t forget your physical ID / license. They are helpful, especially since they’re always “understaffed” (and by that, I mean they only have about 3 employees, these customers often have very lengthy requests, and the store fills up quickly). I appreciate their time and efforts, and they do their best to make sure their customers are helped and are very good at diffusing difficult situations.
