Had a great experience with Tri auto care . I was able to drop my car off and get a price quickly. They estimated the time it took to fix my Yukon to the day. I was so impressed in the work and professionalism when talking with the staff. I highly recommend this auto care and I will be back again.

Brought my car in for my check engine light on issue. Did diagnose job and found the problem, then replaced the part quickly. Good mechanics did great job!

Brought my car in to have alternator checked and oil leak fixed & diagnose issues I was having. After day 1 they told me they ran the engine and it was fine, no problems- I reminded them it's leaking oil so I needed that fixed & asked if they tested my alternator they said no but if I let them keep overnight would check alternator and leaks in morning. I called 10 am next morning and they told me they drove car and it has no problems. I asked if oil leak was fixed and alternator checked because car had burning smell & was leaking oil which is why I brought to the shop to begin with and he said "No. Car runs fine " and asked if I wanted to pick it up or leave it for the weekend. Needless to say I picked the car up and brought to a real mechanic shop where they diagnosed the issues and fixed valve cover leaks and bell housing gasket leak as well as electrical issues.

Similar to another review here: Other things were broken after bringing my truck here. I brought my truck in for an a/c compressor replacement. It's a work truck, so taking it off the road costs money. I scheduled a time for service to keep off time minimal, but it took several more days than anticipated. They called daily, but it was always regarding that the part wasn't in or that it couldn't be worked on that day. I finally get the truck back and the battery light comes on during the drive home (the alternator is out). It could be coincidental, but it'd be foolish to bring it back there. Nice people & prices were OK, but the work took far longer than we had arranged and I can't bring it back there to fix a problem they possibly caused to have it out for another week.Service: A/c installation & repair

I have an older car that recently completely died on the way to work. I had it towed to Tri Auto (having never been before) and spoke to the owner. Prepared to spend hundreds$$$ to get back up and running, I dropped the car off and expected the worst. Hours later, to my satisfaction they called and explained that while there were several high-dollar issues I could fix, 1) it wasn't worth it given the age and mileage of the vehicle, and 2) a much less expensive (I'm talking $40) solution could get me up and running for a while longer. I went with option 2, and he didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee! It's been over a month and a half, and the car appears fine. I highly recommend Tri auto to everyone.

So every time I brought my car into Tri, something new went wrong that day. So I went to a more expensive and more well established mechanic Firestone on Jones Creek. Turns out the mechanic at Tri, cut a chunk out of my dipstick instead of actually fixing the issue of the excess air going into my engine. He made an attempt to milk more money out of me. The receptionist was very polite and amazing but the mechanic is shady.
