Highly recommend!! We called Glass Guru yesterday for an estimate on a broken French door. Vanessa was able to call back with a quote in just a few minutes. TODAY Devin removed the old glass and replaced it!! We were very pleased with the results and of course, the speed in which they solved our problem.

We recently had Glass Gurus replace 6 glass panes on our home. Every step of the way with them - from the initial estimate to the window installation - was professional, courteous and clean. I would recommend The Glass Guru to any and everyone, especially considering we live in a world where it’s difficult to even get a call back from a contractor!

We had a good experience the first few times we used Glass Guru. However, after ordering a new picture window on the front of our home, they ordered the wrong color. We waited nearly 6 months only to find out that it didn't match. As a favor for their mistake, I asked the owner to replace a pane on a previous window they had repaired. After the new window was installed, I tried contacting the owner to honor his word. Crickets were all I got. I called him today to make him aware that I still needed my pane replaced but only got to hear him complain about how much money he lost on the picture window. After listening to him vent that it was going to cost him another $300 to honor his word, I told him that it was his mistake and he should own it. I'm not too optimistic that he'll follow through. Nonetheless, I won't be using them or referring them ever again.

I am a landscape contractor and I was getting a home ready to sale for a client. I broke the glass on the front door the day before listing pictures and glass guru was able to get it replaced in time and at affordable and fair price!

I used The Glass Guru to replace a broken double pain window at my Mom's house. The initial repair had a problem with a small crack when they were installing. They let me know that and came back later and replaced it. Extremely happy with their service. I would recommend them to anyone!

Can't say enough about Glass Guru. They were On Time and did the work quickly. Devin, the installer, makes an effort to do a quality install. Had them out 3 times recently and each time I was totally satisfied with the work.

I scheduled an appointment with this company 11 days in advance to come to my home to look at my windows for Friday morning. They never showed. The conversation with the owner was unproductive. He does not seem to value the time I completely lost today. He was rude and displayed ineffective listening skills. After I explained repeating the step I would like to take, he struggled to receive it because of the poor communication skills between him and his employee. As a customer, I wanted the owner to acknowledge what went wrong vs brushing me off.

I have used Glass Guru for multiple projects over the last 5 years. The owner is very knowledgeable and has always been available to answer any questions that I have. The glass replacement work provided has always been completed in a timely and professional manner.

this is the worst experience that I ever had with a company, I paid for a glass remplace and they said it will be 3 weeks and now past 6 weeks and they said they don’t have the glass yet and even that I have to give them a call to ask when they will be remplace it because they don’t have the attention to give me a call back.

We had a good experience the first time we used Glass Guru. Now, I've been waiting a month for an estimate on new windows that are going to take 18-22 months to get. They won't return my calls and I'm not very disappointed. Poor business and work ethic. I've left messages at three different phone numbers over the past three weeks. No one returns my calls. I guess they don't need new business.

I met with an estimator in early March to have two windows repaired, a price was given with an expected lead time of two weeks. After two weeks I called and spoke to Brian for an update. I was told there was a shipment of windows that just came in and he would check if my windows were included in the delivery, he would get back to me. Never received a callback, so I called again several days later. Once again I spoke to Brian, I was told he forgot to call me back and that my windows were in and would be installed on Friday at 2pm given the weather permitted. Friday came and went with no installation or call from either the installer or Brian. A week later I called AGAIN and spoke to Brian. This time Brian wasn't sure why the installer didn't show up and Brian would call me back with an update and another scheduled install date. You guessed it, never received a call and here it is a month later. I finally cancelled my order and have called someone else that wants to do the work. I have no clue how this company is still in business! I will never attempt to do business with them again.
