If you are looking for a nice place to work out this is the place. It's clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful and to top it off they have a nice pool.

I like the privacy of the women's room. There's plenty of equipment so it never seems too crossed. The staff is very friendly. Mr Tony always has a getting for me
