If I could leave 0 stars I would. The woman working in the store right now. It is currently 4:44pm was so loud on the phone talking about a party and Zillow. Not once asked if she could help or even ackwlodged my husband and me. Was extremely loud and unprofessional. Do better people. If my skin isn’t the right color put a sign on the door. I have never felt so unwelcome in my like.

I tried to buy some socks from here. There was only one other person in line in front of me. When it was my turn to checkout the lady turned her back to me and started having a conversation with another employee. I stood there for almost 5 minutes before I just gave up and left the store. The customer service at this place is trash, and I will never be back to this location.

Latoya the manager of this shoe Dept is amazing! We were coming in regularly because we were looking for a specific shoe in medium and she was wondering why we wasn’t buying anything and told us if they had it in stock in the warehouse it could be ordered! She took the time to let us know about this & get the shoes ordered. She’s also really sweet, if you need help. Thank you for your amazing Customer Service Latoya!

I went in there today around 12 to grab some socks real quick. As I’m waiting to be checked out the cashier is on the phone talking to someone about ordering some Popeyes chicken instead of checking me out. Customer service is trash! For one you shouldn’t even be on the phone ordering food while a customer is right in front of you trying to check out. She literally had me waiting for over 3 minutes while she was on her personal call and I know she seen me. Completely unacceptable.

My favorite shoe store. I wear a size 14 wide and I can usually always find something here and at a decent price. Very friendly staff here as well!! Definitely recommend.
