Did I go to the same spot with all the good reviews? I went in was stared at but never greeted after wandering around for 10 to 15 mins I googled jewelry stores in the area and found the next one and dropped 2K on a stocking stuffer took less than 15 minutes. Thanks for nothing guys happy holidays..

Went in today to do something I thought I would never do. But thanks to a friend for recommending Renee. Her and the girls took great care of me and I walked out with a beautiful bridal set (being sized) and a wedding band for my future husband. I was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. I will recommend them to anyone needing a jeweler and I will only shop there for now on!! Thank you so much Renee for everything and making my decision so easy.

The nicest staff!! Made getting my daughter's ear pierced a wonderful experience.Would recommend taking your little children here.I even got mine repierced here (after another place made mine crooked)

I bought a ring at a pawn shop that suggested I bring my ring in to have sized. I actually called a few places that would not even touch the ring because it was a size 4.5, resizing to a 9.5…not only did Salassi’s do it, but they did an outstanding job. They did not compromise the integrity of the diamond bands, and the ring was both resized and appraised in a week. Their customer service is top notch. I will bring all my jewelry and watches here in the future!

Brought in a titanium bracelet to have some links removed. I didn’t realize the link was bent which caused further issues. The owner Renee went above and beyond to help me out and did it free of charge. Lifesaver!

This is a great place with a fantastic owner. I dropped by one Saturday to have a watch, which I did not buy from there fitted. The owner took a link out and did not charge me a penny. The next week, my wife bought me a surprise present, another watch! Of course it was a bit snug so I would need to add a link. Salassi again to the rescue. I insisted upon leaving a gratuitous payment. I’ll definitely recommend this business and purchase my future anniversary/birthday gifts from there.

Asked for a watch pin to be replaced. Told was free. Went to pick up then they said $29 because the jeweler has to get involved. Took the watch. Got to the car and wasn't fixed. Went in to get a refund they said they didn't know how to credit the credit card. They gave us the card back and said this should work.We did not get a refund and I called my credit card company to dispute the charge because the watch that we left with them was not fixed.Moral of the story do not use this jewelry store for anything!
