I had to wait 1 hour in line. Only one counter open for check out. The rest of employee did not had access to checkout. The manager did not knew what to do. Most unprofessional every time and visit. The manager closed the store at 5:30 pm.
Need a new management and a better CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is the most unprofessional establishment to work at. WHATEVER you do DO NOT apply here. They have taken 3 of my family members and friends off the work schedule without a formal reason, explanation, or a proper reason. And i have heard so many stories like this. If you are looking for a dependable job DON’T GO TO ROSS. They think people have the time to play games with them. and they COULD CARE LESS that they are taking away your only form of money to live. They hire people and when they don’t need them anymore (after busting your butt behind their business) they just let you go with no explanation and WITHOUT even letting you know. GET YOUR MANAGEMENT IN LINE ROSS THIS IS BEYOND WRONG !!!!!! And these are workers that they would thank all the time for being “such good workers” They use people because they are young and don’t know how to stand up for themselves. Sick people.
