Poor response times on transactions, ATM's down 50% of the time on weekends, transactional charges on using any ATM but their own on top of the ATM's own charge. Got a direct withdrawal set up with an institution to pay a bill? Better not let it overdraft, you're looking at a $108 charge for that. Deposit a check from an accredited institution? That won't be in your account for a couple days. Overall, a fine example of an American banking institution.P.S. You guys really suck. Save your automated outreach message. I doubt I would even get a response based upon my experiences trying to contact the bank by phone.

This may be the worst regions location I’ve ever had to do business at. No one working here has any willingness to help, and they never answer the phone despite multiple attempts to call. I have my personal and business accounts with regions and have considered switching banks just because of this location.

Very friendly banker by the back door..and i did not have to wait long before I was helped. I have banked with them for over 20 years and they have always helped me. I like the people at this branch that I have spoken to and have nothing negative to say about being here.

I went in to get a debit card printed the person who helped me was in the first office directly in front of the front door. She was super sweet, warm, welcoming, and a very relatable person. I felt like I was being helped by a family member.

Regions is an excellent Bank. I have been banking with them for 6 years and have never had a problem with their services or their staff. I recommend this Bank to anyone who wants a great Bank with great services!

Regions Bank is the BOMB!!!! I had Regions when I lived in Franklin, LA and still have now in Denham Springs, LA. I have a nice chitty chitty bang bang (Nissan Versa Note SR) because Regions gave me a personal loan. I was in hard times and they made a difference in my life. THANK YOU REGIONS!!!!

I'm not sure why their overall star rating is low. I have banked with Regions for decades. My mother and daughter both bank with Regions and my husband and I have two accounts, a safety deposit box, and a savings account all with Regions. I have always been happy with them. Receiving help from someone in person is always easy, as it is by email as well. I honestly haven't a complaint about Regions that I can recall. We will definitely continue banking with them and begin using them for other financial needs.I live in Denham Springs Louisiana-If you would like to open an account and use my name as a reference you will get $50.00 when you open your account. If you know of someone personally you can get the same using them as a referral. I'm offering my information for anyone who does not have someone else to refer them.

It's astonishing that a Bank, A Bank would employ employees with such inept customer service skills. Not only did Sarah totally ignore a customer sitting 10 feet from her but when I acknowledged her, she quipped with rudeness and disdain in her tone. The Branch Manager should be very ashamed, this is a clear case of poor leadership.

atm never works. the point of a bank is to get your money not wait days for it, it's actually so stupid. don't bank with regions.

International use is awful! Called and spoke to them before my son was deployed and they assured me it would be no problem. It has been the worst for the card to be used, the charges, and awful telephone communication!!

This is the 1st time I used this bank and I have to say this is the worst bank I have ever been to in my entire life. I went to this bank to withdraw some money from my Netspend card and the ATM not only didn't give me my money but also It ate my card.. When I talked to the banker she did not apologize and only told me tough luck you have to call your financial institution to get another card when I told her I will never come back to this bank again she just shrugged Like she did not care It is costing me over $7 for a card replacement just because of this bank. she did not even offer me a refund of the service charge that the ATM took from my account I had to dispute the charge. I would never recommend anyone to use the ATM at this bank nor would I ever recommend anyone to get an account at this bank. Other than Wells Fargo this is the worst bank I've ever been to in my entire life. (Update : I'm not surprised they replied with the same automatic message and will do nothing to fix the problem. Stop pretending you care when you don't because if you did care you would of fixed the problem years ago.)
