Would have given 0 stars if that was an option...First of all, there is never anyone actually on site. My unit was leaking from the roof, upon calling the facility number I was told it would be over a week before anyone could inspect my unit. They did in fact offer me a swap to a new unit, however, the unit offered to me was worse ( insulation cut out of ceiling and rust stains on ceiling and floor plus spray foam insulation covering holes to outside).Upon this finding i called once more and told them about this issue and informed them of my plans to move out after my inspection.No one ever showed for my scheduled inspection, instead my lock was cut off my unit and a facility was placed on my unit. Once again, I had to call the main office number in order to remedy this only to be told i had no meeting scheduled.A week since the problem has been reported and I have had zero help from the facility.Beyond that, the facility itself could use some serious improvements. The main gate is open more frequently then it is closed, the side doors are open frequently as well, and my original contracted price was increased as well...

Hasn't even fixed the ac yet SMH ? then still charged full price and refused to reimburse us and only said 10.00 off one time rent. Not worried about the health of customers who can't deal with the heat. Only worried about keeping all the money while my stuff is getting ruined in there. Not climate controlled as advertised.

Worst business in town. They don’t take care of their books and have no clue what units are available or not. Poor service. Everything done over the phone. Just not the way a business is suppose to be ran. Just a joke.
