PitStop is a decent carwash but nothing to get excited about. If you have any bugs on the front of your car, you'll have to scrub them off yourself because the machine nor the staff do a good enough job. Only reason they aren't getting 2 stars is because I purchased the basic wash (I'm assuming the more expensive ones would be better). Additionally, several of a vaccums consistently do not work. I've been several times in the past few months and each time I've had to deal with this issue. I even had to move my car to another station.
Overall, I'd recommend searching elsewhere but they're good in a pinch.

Good wash, they keep all the vacuums working, and the facility is clean, well-lit, and well-attended. I like the high-pressure air hoses and the rug beater they have to detail the interior.

Pretty consistent for the most part. No complaints other than they seem to never fully pre-brush\wash the back of the car off before the actual car wash.

I’m not the one to leave bad reviews for businesses, but if I could give this business zero stars I would. At one point my membership expired- due to a stolen card I was using, so I showed up to the location to get it renewed. They told me I needed a new sticker so they put a new sticker on my car and I went on about my business. Months later I found out that they’ve been charging me twice a month once- in the beginning of the month and again at the end of the month, so it was hard for me to notice in my bank account. At this point they have basically stolen over $400 from me by charging me for two memberships for the same/ only vehicle I own, on their screw up. I was in email conversation with them for months and they did not try to make this right. I used to refer all my friends and family to this place but now I want to let everyone to know to stay away!!!!!!!
