Things you notice....when some employees are there, they greet and say help you or be right with you. My last visit not one word was said, and wasn't offered help. I do look my own stuff up for my convenience anyway, but there are totally 2 standards here.

My car broke down in the Sam’s club parking lot and I was able to get it to run enough to make it to this O’Rileys. It was the middle of summer and we were standing outside sweating and nervous this would cost an arm and a leg! However, Jesse came out to help us immediately! He tested my battery and said that was the issue, he let us stand inside in the air conditioning while he removed my old battery and put a new one in! The store was busy but I didn’t feel rushed or like I was a burden, Jesse literally saved the day and got the car running before my cold groceries went bad! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Had to come here to get a part that only that location had. They don’t exactly trip over themselves to help you. 10 feet or 10 seconds means nothing to them. Acknowledge people when they walk in the door. Nod, smile, wave or do something.

The absolute worse experience I've ever had buying parts. I came into this store 2 different times for break pads for my van. Both times I was sold the wrong breaks. I tried to call and resolve the issue just for them to act like they had no idea what they were doing. I will not be going back ever.
