Jawann and Jeremy were absolutely amazing! After AT&T left me on SOS/no service for 4 days with zero help, my fiancé and I went to T-Mobile and were taken care of immediately. They helped us get new phones, watches, and internet quickly and efficiently.
What truly stood out was their dedication — they stayed almost 2 hours after closing to make sure everything was fully set up and working perfectly before we left. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we were good before we walked out.
This was hands down the best customer service experience we’ve had in a long time. Jawann and Jeremy are incredible and a huge asset to T-Mobile. Highly recommend!”

The female employee was also very helpful two days prior to that in allowing me to use her personal phone to call in my phone claim. I prefer this locations store to the corporate one in Juban Crossing hands down. “Convenient, but don’t forget your physical ID / license. They are helpful, especially since they’re always “understaffed” (and by that, I mean they only have about 3 employees, these customers often have very lengthy requests, and the store fills up quickly). I appreciate their time and efforts, and they do their best to make sure their customers are helped and are very good at diffusing difficult situations.”
