“I was looking for school uniforms for boys. That section was a total wreck. I understand it's the customers that just aren't considerate and don't think they should put things back where they belong or put back neatly because "oh, the employees work here and that's their job'. Shame on them. I found 1 shirt and 1 shorts. I brought them home and my son is only 4 and can't do the snap on the shorts, so I ordered the latch hook type from Amazon. I'll be returning the 2 items I bought. The employees weren't very helpful, I will say that. It's unfortunate that I had a bad experience, except for the girls at check out. They were very nice and pleasant to speak with.”
“This place is awesome. I stumbled on them because where I normally make a turn was packed with traffic and I had to take an alternate route; saw the sign, figured I’d check them out, exceptional customer service made me thrilled to make a purchase- they had on the shelf something specific I had been looking for that Cabela’s , bass pro, precision, etc all didn’t have.The entire staff was great, but if you want a real treat as a customer make sure you ask for Lars- there is nothing that man cant help you with.I will definitely be a repeat customer.”

I went in there dressed like a bum and had three different gentlemen stop me offering assistance. Men in suits, and treated me like I was royalty. “I have bought shoes here twice..One pair and then me and my son bought two pairs at BOGO 50% off. That was a nice deal. But if you're only buying one, they can be pricey. The young man who served us was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. He did forget and brought the wrong shoes 2x but we laughed it off. Human error and all. Def will shop here again.”

“I had the best experience shopping here. The store was clean and neatly organized and well stocked with christmas PJs and cute winter apparel. The workers were all so polite and kind and helped me multiple times getting down clothes on tall racks. I am excited to go back. Whoever was working at this store 11/18/22 around 245pm was THE BEST. She was an older lady and worked on the floor (wish I got her name) and had the kindest attitude ever!!! Love y'all and Old Navy.”
“Great selection of boots, clothing, and accessories! One thing I would change is to add a little color to the walls, flooring l, or change the lighting because everything is gray. It just gives everything a dull look and even makes the boots on display appear dusty and dirty.”

“The person working the cash register was incredibly nice and easy going. They have straight, blonde-ish hair. Keep them around!
Unfortunately, the manager (I think?) seemed less than enthused to have to speak to them. I was shocked because, at one point, the sales person greeted this guy (short brown hair, black polo shirt) and the guy didnt even respond! Not even a head nod or eye contact! Then later, the sales person said very respectfully "Before you go to the back, could you do _____ for me please?" The manager(?) again didn't say a word, just grunted and went off.
Like...what???”
“I've been searching unsuccessfully everywhere for a new set of Levi's jeans until I visited Macy's and found an excellent selection with a lot of help from the people working there. I bought two brand new Levi's and I'm so happy having finally been able to replace the old jeans that I bought 30 years ago and been wearing ever since! It's a great store!”

“5 STARS-- Let me tell you why. I own/run a few businesses and customer service is so important. Men's Warehouse should be super proud that they employ a young man named Cam.He was super helpful, very polite, and is exactly what a business owner wants in an employee! I went in with my son to have him fitted properly for a suit that I saw online but wasn't sure what size to get. In no time, Cam sized my teen, and had him try on shoes for the "full effect" and to see where it needed to be altered. I mentioned living close to an alteration shop, but he let me know they have in-house tailors, and it's affordable. (Good job on the sale LOL) We purchased the suit and are also having it altered in-house at Men's Warehouse. I will most definitely be returning in the future.”
“They'll lure you in with samples and they're good, too! For mall food, this spot is not that bad. Most of the time their food is freshly made and it's tasty. Service is fast and with a smile, too. I like noodles with my dish (and so does my daughter), but my husband prefers the rice. Most of the the time, the 3 of us can split an entire meal with 2 entrees. For light eaters, like us, we consider these serving sizes just enough. On days that the mall is busy, their line could be long, but don't rush off to quickly because it moves fast. There is nothing gourmet about their food, but if you want more of the ethnic choices here, come grab a meal here. They have been here for as long as I remember. Almost every time I pass there, someone is giving out samples of chicken, so take a taste and you may even get in line for more! Happy eating (at the mall food court). Have you ever been to a Panda Express? Well, it's very similar to that. I think I prefer Panda Express better, but this is almost just as good.”

“I like going here but, a little too expensive unless they have a sale on some things but, I 3 pair of jeans, shorts and shirts from them and only have thing I wish they would have more inventory than what they have on DXL website I mean I like the little setup they have but, maybe a bigger store and different things from website and I do like the jeans and found them to be perfectly fit and good quality!!”
“Always able to find colors in men's clothing that exceed the boring basic colors elsewhere. Like the phone texted coupons & offers but often times requires within two days to use so I usually miss out. A little difficult for working folks with lots of responsibilities that can't get there so quickly. Stock needs to have a few more size med selections. 34W & 42/44 chest -- Med Sz are super limited. More REAL leather shoes would be great! Definitely will continue to shop here especially since often can get completed outfits in one place without running all over town! -- The check out process/ lines always are too time consuming!”
