My truck was hit on the front driver fender and door. The 2 week job turned into 4 and a 1/2 weeks , when I picked it up the axle is not fixed and steering wheel turned to the left. The body work on the door was terrible had to be redone. I bring it back to get all the problems fixed and no apologies just we'll get to, but one week later I'll pick it up again the paint looks good but the axle is still not right. They moved the sway bar to make it look corrected. I called back to tell him the problems that I'm still seeing and still no apologies just will try another shop. There is no check of any of the work that was done

I got rear ended, and we took it here to get repaired. They fixed my bumper and painted it. When we went to pick up my car, the front desk lady explained how to take care of my car with the fresh paint on it and they gave me printed a paper with everything she said on it as well as further information. They also gave me a free mug, and I was surprised to find out that they vacuumed and cleaned my car for me! It did take a while to get my car back because we were having issues with insurance and they later found out I had more damage, but they communicated well about the hold-ups and when the car would be repaired. Their good service and amazing repair work is why I’d recommend this place!

I never write bad reviews but this one made me furious. My car was rear ended after taking it through Pitstop car wash. Their insurance payed to fix damages. I had a payed-for rental car until the 13th. Maggio’s NEVER called me to come get it for 2 days! They LIED to the insurance company saying they called so that I was stuck paying $100 for the extra days with the rental. They were so mean over the phone when I called to address the issue and dismissing everything I had to say. I have phone records to prove it! Unprofessional and dishonest. Will NEVER do business with them again.Service: Body & Trim

Had my car for two weeks. After I picked it up I had a crack in my windshield. Didn’t answer the phone and failed to call me back when I went back the owner rudely accused me I already had a crack in my windshield and told me to file a claim with my insurance. My car got damaged in their care and they didn’t feel responsible at all. Horrible service.Services: Painting

I had my car worked on for two weeks. When I picked it up I had a crack in my windshield. Was hoping that they would fix it. Not such thing. I was accused of trying to frame them into buying a new windshield. The owner rudely claimed that I already had the crack when I dropped it off or that it was chipped and then cracked while sitting in the sun. The car was in their care when happened. Do Not recommend their business. I'd something goes wrong you going to be on your own.

Someone hit my car that had never been wrecked before, and I asked a group of car enthusiasts for recommendations on the best place to get my repairs done. I sought out quality professional work for my repairs, and that is exactly what I received when referred to Maggio's.Hayley and Mark took such great care of me and helped me get the repair process handled smoothly even when the insurance companies were trying to take their time. The shop is well taken care of and you could tell their entire staff from the office to the technicians took great pride in their work and treated my car as if it were one of their own. I was very very pleased with my experience and recommend them to anyone else that needs any collision or body repairs completed. Thank y'all so so much!Services: Painting

MAGGGIIIOOOOOOOO!!!! If you need somewhere to take your vehicle that is reliable, trustworthy, dependable and who actually gives a care about your fine automobile GO TO MARK & EVETTE! I brought my truck to them after having an awesome experience bringing my car. Mark took great care of my baby from start to finish. I loved dealing with their receptionist Hailey! She is the sweetest and made me feel like family. Every time I would call in to check on my vehicle she already knew who i was and greeted me so professionally. On my busy days she would courtesy call me to let me know the update on my repair. 2nd time is the charm with Maggio, technically 3rd but that's a different story! You wont regret doing business with them. I hope to never need a repair again but if i do I am going back to MAGGIIIOOOOOOOOOO!Services: Exhaust

Mark Maggio is an extremely professional and nice individual; in fact, his whole staff is! My poor car was hit on a drive back to Louisiana, and I was absolutely distraught as I had never been in an accident before. Mark had no concerns whatsoever with the job that needed to be done and assured me that he worked with my insurance company (Allstate) all the time. He made me feel at ease that the car would in no way need to be totaled as it was all cosmetic damage (luckily!) and nothing internal. For reference, I will try to attach a picture of the before/after, but Mark and his employees did an absolutely AMAZING job, and she looks just as beautiful as the day I first got her! The turnaround time was amazing even considering the fact that we had a random ice storm blow through, and I’m forever grateful for their services! ??? 5 stars all the way around! Go visit Maggio’s!
