Terrible after the sale service! Bought a $400 dress and the zipper broke on the day of the event! They would not compensates at all. Yes it was purchased 2-1/2 months before event, but was never worn. Bad Bad business!

Cute shop for younger girls & ladies. Fun place. Employees were very nice, especially Madison. Cute Mardi Gras items. They are under new ownership. Plan to bring in items for more mature ladies. I am excited. Miss shopping with my friend, Kelly Hennessy. Check it out.

I love this store but I bought a $300 dress for my homecoming dance and the strap completely broke… on both sides. Spent whole night holding my dress up. Do not recommend.

The workers completely disregarded us. They did not ask if we needed help. We waited for a dressing room for a while before just going into one. We stood at the checkout counter while being ignored until I said “are you going to check me out?” Then, they finally checked us out. We will not be going back here.

We had the best experience prom dress shopping. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, patient, and kind. They really love what they do and it shows. We will definitely be back.

I doubt I will ever go to another boutique before visiting Jolie Girl first! They not only have an excellent selection of clothing from causal wear to formal gowns along with accessories galore but the staff at Jolie Girl makes my 45 minute drive from Baton Rouge more than well worth it. I am currently awaiting a beautiful gown that the store owner stayed open after hours to ensure I got the correct fit to order it with enough time for it to arrive for my event. They’ve earned a loyal customer!

I came in looking for a pair of flats, and the girls working were so helpful! They picked out a few shoes for me, and I found the perfect pair! I’ve worn them every day since I purchased them. The store is very clean and organized, and of course, the clothes are so cute! This store is so close to my house, and I already see myself spending way too much money here!
