After having issues while coming back from vacation this mechanic shop went above and beyond to get my family and I back on the road. Everyone was so kind and efficient. We can't thank them enough for helping us out in a bind. Hopefully we don't have yo use them again since we live 9 hours away but I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I can't recommend Varnado and Sons enough! My recent visit for tire replacement and windshield wiper water pump repair exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism.
The staff here truly knows their stuff. Not only did they expertly handle the repairs I needed, but they also took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. Their knowledge and expertise instilled confidence in me that my truck was in the best hands possible.

Recently I needed to have a vehicle towed in the Baton Rouge area and after contacting several towing companies I learned that none could help anytime soon; with G.M. Varnado Towing being located in Denham Springs I thought they would be less likely to help, but I called anyway. To my surprise Lisa told me that they could pick up my vehicle in a short time! Soon afterwards the tow truck arrived and the driver quickly loaded my car onto a flatbed truck; the driver was very experienced and informative. What began as an unpleasant experience turned into a good one.I am completely satisfied with the service of G.M. Varnado Towing and recommend them very highly! I

Went there and asked for a repair estimate, time and price, for my boxtruck. They said will call me next day. I went there after a couple days, asking them again, they said they need a little more time because they were waiting on few more quotes from a supplier, but rest assured, they will call me by the end of the week. Went again after one week, they said they’re missing one number, but they will call me by the end of the day for sure. They never called. Went one more time after two weeks, they said they have to much work to do and they might not have time for my truck. Very unprofessional attitude towards prospective customers. And by the way, I wasn’t shopping around for a $500 work, but for a dealer’s estimate of $22000 engine repairs.

We had to come to Louisiana for my wife's family and needed repairs done on RV. Won't go into full detail but mechanic they had work on my RV that did my lift pump was very careless, he routed the fuel line to where it got stuck in throttle linkage. Going 60 mph down I 10 with a stuck throttle it was a good thing my wife wasn't driving she wouldn't have known how to stop. Called to see how they might make it right as I had to purchase a new line and install it so I could drive with safety. They did nothing. Careless mechanic Ieft grease on carpet, horn disconnected after alignment, beauty caps missing after brake job. Very unhappy customer. Won't go backServices: Steering & suspension repair

1st appt diagnostics. No problem. 2nd appt they changed rear brakes, rotors, tie rod ends and did alignment. We noticed steering wheel didn't line up and were hearing noise. They replaced the lift pump which was the problem and turned steering wheel right. In process they disconnected horn, left dirty shoe prints on front carpet. The biggest problem when they changed lift pump they plugged fuel line back in it was routed wrong and caused throttle to stick in high acceleration. We discovered this while driving in heavy traffic. Husband turned off engine and held steering tight applying brakes. If I had been driving I would not have known what to do, my panic could have resulted in very bad accident. My husband had to replace fuel line with longer piece rerouting it from what they did. Called them but they are not willing to compensate.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I'm a school bus owner and dealing with bus repairs is a major headache!! But Varnado & Son's is a major relief!! They know what they are doing!! Very satisfied everytime!!
