I bought tires here recently and the service was great. I knew they did not stock the tire size I needed so I stopped by the week before to get the tires ordered. Once the tires were at the store, I stopped by and they had the tires installed in about 35 minutes.

This is the most horrible Discount Tire branch I have ever visited (and I visited a lot since I am a small truck driver).I went there to balance rear 4 tires. They were making very big vibration and I had 2500 miles until I could change tires (have at home). An Employee came out as soon as I parked (positive), checked and scanned all tires and told me that he could only balance 3 tires because thread on 4th tire was too low. Ok, I said and asked for the price. He went in the office, looked in the system and said something above $40. I told him that I was told at another branch that if the tires are from Discount Tire then balancing is free. He demanded a proof that tires were from Discount tire. After receiving it he unwillingly but agreed on that.he went in the shop to another guy (who does actual job) and judjing from his body language he told the second guy that the job would be done for free. The second guy, after a big hesitation, started work, very slowly, carelessly. He would leave for some time and come again, talking too much with co-workers. It was written on his face that he hated doing that unpaid job soo much that he wanted to vomit.After I saw that he "balanced" two tires and was not going to do the 3rd one I went to him and asked about the 3rd tire. He said that the thread on the 3rd tire was too low and he did not want to touch it (although the first guy checked all the tires). Ok, I said.He rolled out my truck and what I see, the side light of box body was hanging, the bracket was broken. I: "what's going on? what is this?". He: "I don't know, it was hanging before". This is my truck and I check it all the time when I get off, or before get on. Also, the light was close to rear tires, which I and the first guy checked. If the light was hanging we would see. The light is in a such position that he could not brake it accidentaly. He aparently broke it deliberatelly by hitting a hummer.Why Discount Tire lets this branch be soo bad when the other branches are soo excellent is beond my comprehension.PS. Next day I rebalanced the same tires at another tire shop. One was off ballance by 4.5, another by 6.

Great experience! I greeted before I walked in the door. Manager on duty was extremely helpful, and honest. My tires were on the vehicle in no time and the mechanic pulled up with the keys and told me to have a great day. Definitely will go back!!! Thank you!

Scammers, wouldn’t balance my tires and tried to sell me 700$ tires instead when the shop down the street did it for 50$. Customer service rep was extremely rude. the workers who moved my car left it smelling like weed as well. i would not recommend this place to anybody they don’t actually care about the customer

Not being from Louisiana, I’ve been a loyal discount tire Customer for well over 30 years.When I moved out here, I was excited to see that there was a Discount Tire here.Of course, I’d like to get to know a store before I go for new tires so I popped in to get my tire pressure checked since the cooler weather has affected it.Two different guys came up to me like I was crazy for sitting at the sign that said free, tire pressure check stop hereNeither one help me. I sat for a very long time and then I just decided to leave.This discount tire will never have my business.

Great service. Quick and efficient. Gavin, Jordan, and Jerell were very kind and helped ease my stress by being attentive and patient with any/all questions. All the technicians were kind and greeted anyone who came in. I truly love discount tire and recommend for anyone! They service all cars, great inexpensive warranty program, kind people, and just overall the best!

My tire was low, so I pulled in for air. Jerrel offered to check the tire to make sure it didn't need a repair. The tire actually had a small tear, but they were able to repair it & I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! I was able to stay in my car, which is really nice and convenient. Gavin completed the repair and balance quickly, but went through the proper steps to ensure it was done properly. I always use Discount Tire, but this was my first visit to the Denham Springs store. Apparently I had tire protection because the repair was free. I will always use this business!

We stopped in Discount Tire on the way home to Texas. Rob helped diagnose the issue with our passenger side tire, made the replacement, and had us back on the road safely in under an hour! Discount Tire always provides excellent customer service and this store was especially helpful!
