After getting a routine oil change and tire rotation, I get home and have a flat on my back tire. The guy tells me to come back and he'll take care of it. Great. There's a giant screw in my tire now. I try to head back and it's a total flat. He sends a guy out to try and air it up. When that doesn't work we tow it back to the shop. They fix the flat for free but then try to charge me $65 for the towing - "it's not our fault you don't have a spare." When I say I think this is uncalled for, that they should take full responsibility for the situation, the guy tears up the receipt and says passive aggressively "you know what, have a nice day." Unprofessional. Will not be going back.

Would've tried them out if they'd answer the phone. Called back a few times, They pick up and hangup. Seems to me, they might do themselves a favor and find out why someone is calling before hanging up on a potential customer. REALLY REALLY REALLY EDUCATED

Absolutely the best customer service in town!! Jared and Stephen were both extremely helpful in determining the product I was to purchase. I made an appointment and they had me out the door within the hour. Fairly priced and will never shop anywhere else for tires as long as they are in business. Would recommend to anybody! They also have a towing company Varnado and Sons if you need a tow truck! Thanks guys for all of your help!
