Brought my car in after being rear ended. The State Farm rep was wonderful, we were kept up to date, everything was handled seamlessly. My car was complete in under three weeks and the work was fantastic.

Took a little longer than expected but that is 100% understandable with parts and all that being ordered. Body work was phenomenal and looks brand new! They even cleaned the inside of my vehicle, left it smelling fresh and I swear they inflated my tires to the proper psi or balanced them because it rides better now. ??♂️ Communication was great and always answered calls to update status! Don’t even bother. My car was in the shop for a month and they kept giving me the run around every time I called. Told me it would be done one day and then when I showed up to get the car they said it would take a couple more days. I don’t care that it takes a month to fix, I just needed a solid answer on when it was going to be done and they just couldn’t give me one.

If you're looking for top quality and even better customer service go to Chad's Collision Center. His team did outstanding body work on my vehicle after an accident and it looks better than the original. They ordered OEM instead of after market parts.
