“Clean brushes that won't hurt your car. But the quarters only give you 20 seconds so it takes a LOT of quarters! Especially if you are going there for a water only rinse might not be worth it anymore”
“Oil Change on Hwy 16 next to the car wash. I usually change the oil myself for my 2017 4Runner. However, this holiday season I had a lot going on. I had taken my mother-in-laws car here and the service was great, so I decided to give it a try. They gave me the same great service as before and was happy I let them handle it.
The next day was Monday and back to work. Around 5pm I checked under my car and noticed some oil where there shouldn't have been. I let the car run for a little bit and notice a small leak from the oil filter, it takes a cartridge filter with a couple o-rings. I knew from the past those were tricky and it might have gotten twisted up or something. I drove back over from Walker and luckily Joshua the manager was in his car about to leave. I told him about the leak and he opened up the shop and pulled me in. He noticed that the filter was pretty loose when he went to take it off. He went ahead and replaced the filter incase there was a defect and cleaned all the oil up really good. We let the car run for a couple minutes to make sure there were no more leaks. I had mentioned there was some oil under my carport and he gave me some degreaser to use when I got home to clean it up. Joshua went above and beyond to help me out, even after hours. He fixed the problem himself and was very pleasant doing so. He is everything a manager should be.”
