Access points are difficult to reach. There is only one way in and one way out and the way this particular bank is set up adjacent to its entry and exit points. But the ease of use of the ATM is second to none.

Really? While at this location, I was told there was no restroom available. Is it standard practice that Capital One banks don't offer a place for customers to use the restroom while at their facility?
