“My car broke down in the Sam’s club parking lot and I was able to get it to run enough to make it to this O’Rileys. It was the middle of summer and we were standing outside sweating and nervous this would cost an arm and a leg! However, Jesse came out to help us immediately! He tested my battery and said that was the issue, he let us stand inside in the air conditioning while he removed my old battery and put a new one in! The store was busy but I didn’t feel rushed or like I was a burden, Jesse literally saved the day and got the car running before my cold groceries went bad! 10/10 would recommend!!!”
“I’m 4 months pregnant. I guess I got overheated today and started having a panic attack and getting tunnel vision. I ran in here to buy a bottle of water because it was the closest place and I needed to get off the road because I felt like I was going to faint. The girl that was working today saw me freaking out and offered to let me sit in front of the fan behind the counter and sat with me and talked to me to get my mind off the panic. She even fanned me off with s piece of paper and didn’t move until my panic attack passed. That’s true compassion. A truly human act of absolute kindness towards a stranger who was scared out of their minds. It’s been so long since I’ve had someone reach out their hand to me. Thank you! I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name.”
“The young guy who immediately greeted us upon enteing, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He guided us to just what we needed and and even showed us what we needed to do now my jeep is running better than ever.”
