Horrible Service been in line waiting for them to process a $2000 deposit second time this happened came here yesterday no one at bank but it took over 40 minutes to make a deposit

I just recently started banking with BancorpSouth. Their customer service is excellent. I would definitely recommend them for your banking needs. I would like to especially thank Mrs. Sherry. She was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Went in to do business here , was not acknowledged at all . Manager sat in the office fiddling thumbs didn’t even try to help . ?? Guess I looked like Tupac since all eyes were on me , just no help .
