Went to Autozone for a new battery today and Jerick G. went above and beyond to help me out! Was so friendly and helped me change my battery, wish they had more hard working employees like him!

Needed a new battery today. Ted C. and Landon were awesome. They tested my old battery and put a new batter in to get me back on the road. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks again!

Late Sunday night we drove to Autozone because we had a battery light on the dash to get it checked out since we knew they had computers they could diagnose our problem with. As my wife was sitting in the car with it running and while I went in the store to see if someone could check the reason for out light, our car caught on fire in the parking lot and started smoking like crazy. Assistant manager Laura came out to our car and after a brief inspection she said it was our alternator. The car was not drivable at all. We left it overnight, came back the next day to purchase alternator. Neither I nor my wife are a mechanic. She’s in customer service and I’m in computers and technology. We were able to figure out how to install the new part we just bought from this store and install it in the parking lot (it was actually in stock) But since neither of us are mechanics, we were completely perplexed and stuck on how to get the serpentine belt back on. As me and my wife were sitting on the curb She and her employees came to our rescue. We are driving again and would like to thank this was very pleasant and extremely kind assistant manager.We will forever be Autozone customers because of her example of what a great company this is.

Amazing service! I woke up and my car wouldn't start. I called in to see if they could check my battery and was told to bring it in. I got there and Jerrick was friendly and more than willing to help me with whatever I needed. After determining my battery was bad, he helped me pick one out and then changed it for me right then and there. I couldn't have asked for more.I would highly recommend this location... everyone I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I went in the get a battery tested. Found out my battery was bad and had one of the reps help me change it. It’s brutally hot in Louisiana, yet the rep was happy to help.
