It was only one person on the floor and he came as fast as he could to help me and others. He made me feel like I was taken care of and I wasn’t bothering him. Very nice person!

Service was fantastic. Dustin was very helpful and made it easy for us to pick a new sectional. Purchase was smooth and easy. Can't wait to get our new furniture in!

Pathetic! The manager doesn't follow through on what he promises. My furniture was damaged by the delivery driver and then I was told it would take another 6 to 8 weeks to get what I had paid for so I canceled it. I contacted corporate because they refuse to answer the phone at the local store and I was told by Dillon that his customers come first. Um..I spent over $4300 in your store so I am a customer. I'm still waiting on my refund because Carrie from corporate apparently lied to me as well. So I honestly wouldn't waste my time with this place.

I really appreciate Cody at Ashley’s! He streamlined the process and was very professional throughout the process. Unfortunately, everything is on backorder but I’m sure he would deliver it himself if he could.

Kelly made my experience absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and made sure everything was gonna be super cute! She had an amazing personality and not to mention she was a Raven Elyse fan so she knew the vibe I was going for!!! Thank you guys so much!!!!

Deserve Zero star rating, multiple broken promises on delivery. Refuse to refund payment made in full. Paid in full over $2200 purchase. Please AVOID this place. Phone representatives contradict one another and offer zero help. Having to dispute charge through credit card company to get refund. This should be considered Theft by this store.

I'm a little disappointed in Ashley's furniture. Delivery was decent, but who ever hires for dispatchers needs to do background check! I've been waiting on my furniture since February 8, and when the day comes for it to arrive, my storage on my bed was broken, two pieces to my sectional was not delivered, but I checked my messages and they did say that it'll be on back order so I won't complain about that. If I'm able to get the rest of furniture in a respectable time I may come back and change the review, but as of now...customer service and being professional on the phone is definitely 1 star!
