On April 3, 2024, I had my truck towed to All Star Ford at Denham Springs for maintenance issues. I was originally told that my truck would be ready by April 30, 2024. The work was not completed on my truck until May 31, (58 days later!). My bill for $14,941.29 showed the same mileage at check-out as at check-in, indicating the truck had not been test driven.
After picking my truck up and driving it less than 15 miles, the truck caught fire. I found myself with my wife and dog going down the interstate in a burning truck. The truck lost power leaving us with no power steering, no power door locks and NO brakes at all. I managed to get the truck to the shoulder of the interstate. Within seconds of us getting out of my truck, the flames had consumed the cab of the truck and was billowing smoke. The incident was caught by traffic cameras and aired by channel 2. My wife and I both continue having nightmares of burning to death in the truck.
The first response from All Star Ford at Denham Springs was for me to file a claim with my insurance. They would only agree to pay for my tools and personal items if I signed a hold harmless document relieving them of any responsibility for mine and my wife’s trauma or my lost time from my self-employment work.
The poor customer service during the repairs coupled with the dismissive attitude of the General Manager makes this the worst customer service experience I have ever had. If I ever own another Ford Vehicle and have problems with it, All-Star Ford at Denham Springs is the last place I would take any car.

cost 1600 and still aint do nothing but fix things wasnt brokin and lied about it was fix i drive down the street and it dix the same thing after keep my truck for 9 weeks please dont take your car or truck there

We were beyond pleased with our experience here! Our saleswoman Liberty was AMAZING! It honestly felt like I was car shopping with a best friend. She was not pushy, let us choose what we wanted, but guided us in all the correct ways! Her customer service was excellent. We will definitely ask for her when shopping for our next vehicle!

Only one star because the system won't allow less. This is the worst service department in the state. You can't even get through to make an appointment, then you leave a message, and they never respond. During my last oil change they repaired the lock on my driver's side door. Well, my truck is due for another oil change and guess what? The door lock isn't working again. I would strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere as I am because they definitely have no clue what they are doing as an organization.

Went to get a simple oil change and the desk guy said it would be 3 hours till they can do the oil change. Really a simple oil change 3 hour wait. Unacceptable! Went to Robinson Brothers on airline quick oil department. Got me in and out about 1 hour. Would highly recommend not going to Allstar Ford service.

Service after the sale on the RAM side is so bad. No one will pick up the phone. No one knows what is going on with your vehicle when it is in the service department. Sad sad sad

Had a wonderful experience here getting parts for my vehicle, with Daniel. Everything was correct and didn't take long to get, the parts I needed. very happy and will be shopping here again

I'm not a fan of dealerships.. BUT the staff in service department have changed my mind. They worked with my warranty company. Got me in and out within hour and half .. Differently will be bringing my car here for all repairs.. GREAT JOB. THANK YOU!!

I told the sales manager not to run my credit more than once or twice, and he agreed not to do that. Now I have several inquiries do not recommend.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Dexter and he really was fantastic. It was a very easy going process and he definitely went above and beyond making sure all the information he was giving me was accurate. He was a breeze to work with and I highly suggest you ask for him if you are looking for a good purchase process ?

I have been VERY impressed with DS All-Star Ford. I originally brought my vehicle to another local Ford dealership based on reviews where 1) they "could not duplicate the issue" and 2) another issue caused them to keep my vehicle for TWO MONTHS! After getting corporate involved, they miraculously fixed the issue within a week. I wish I would have just brought my car to DS All-Star to begin with. I eventually did bring it in for the issue that "couldn't be duplicated." I asked the Nathan, the service rep, to ride in my car so I could ensure someone heard the issue before dropping it off. Without hesitation he eagerly got in and immediately heard the issue. He stayed in constant communication the entire time they had my car, which was VERY unlike the other dealership! They were able to work around my schedule and my quick approaching warranty expiration. I did use their shuttle service and the driver, Jesse, was also very nice. I do wish they had loaner vehicles like the other dealership, but I guess that's because they can fix the issue within a day and NOT TAKE MONTHS like the other dealership.

My truck had to have a couple parts replaced under warranty. Each time I worked with Aidan and he was extremely helpful. He has a great attitude!
